Service: the btb.promo website and the design, production and delivery of custom printed paper air fresheners.

Products: custom printed paper air fresheners designed by the customer.

Customer: the individual or legal entity using the service or placing an order.

We make custom printed paper air fresheners for businesses. You design yours in the browser; we print it front and back, scent it, and ship it worldwide from Türkiye. This is a bulk business-to-business service with a minimum order quantity (from 100 pieces). Production and shipping times are given at the time of the order.

Orders are taken directly on our website. You prepare your design on the site, review the front and back on the final approval screen, approve it and place the order. Your approval sends the design straight into digital production; it cannot be changed after that point.

Prices shown on the site are launch pricing; the unit price follows the run size you choose, and the amount shown when you order is the one that applies. Shipping is quoted separately. Payment is taken when the order is placed; we do not store or process your card details — payment runs through a licensed payment provider.

Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal in distance contracts. However, goods made to the customer’s personal specification are excluded from this right under Art. 15/1-b of the Distance Contracts Regulation. As our products are made to the customer’s own uploaded artwork, they are personalised goods and there is no right of withdrawal for a design you have approved.

What we do cover: if the product arrives defective or damaged, if it is printed differently from the design you approved through a fault of ours, or if we refuse the order on copyright or trademark grounds, we will reprint it or refund you, as you prefer. Colour differences between screen and press, cutting tolerances and the effect of scent infusion on colour are the natural production allowances stated on the final approval screen and are not defects.

No content you upload (artwork, logos, text, etc.) is manually screened by us for intellectual property, copyright, trademark or lawfulness.

By uploading content you represent and warrant that you fully hold all copyright, trademark, usage and licence rights to it (including third-party permissions and KVKK/GDPR consents). All legal and criminal liability arising from any copyright/trademark infringement or unlawfulness of uploaded content rests solely with the customer.

The backing card is ours — its design and the regulatory text on it are set by us, not the customer. The seller reserves the right, at its own discretion, to refuse, cancel or end unlawful, offensive or infringing orders with a refund.

The BTB Promo brand, product design systems, software and graphic elements belong to BTB Promo and may not be copied or reproduced commercially without permission. Artwork and text uploaded by the customer are the customer’s own content; the seller has only a limited licence to use them for production, printing and delivery.

We provide the service with reasonable care. We are not liable for damage arising from causes outside normal use (misuse, accidental damage) or from the unlawfulness of content the customer supplies. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for it (except where the law does not allow such a limit).

The configurator may offer optional AI image tools to help with your design. These rely on third-party providers; they are not guaranteed to remain available, permanent or free, and are not part of the core function of the product. A change or unavailability of these tools is not grounds for a refund or compensation.

In case of a print or production defect, or damage in transit, we provide a free replacement or reprint within our legal obligations. Customer-caused damage is excluded.

We may update our services, product line or these Terms from time to time. The current version of the Terms is always published here.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Within the applicable monetary limits, the İstanbul Anadolu Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction for consumer disputes; the İstanbul Anadolu Courts and Enforcement Offices for non-consumer disputes.

Even where these Terms and the Privacy Policy are translated into other languages, in any ambiguity, translation error or difference of interpretation the original Turkish text is always the legally valid and binding one.

Furthermore, in the event of typographical errors, system faults, mispricing on the website or configurator, or the unavoidable technical colour/tone differences between digital screens and physical print, the seller reserves the right to correct its texts and orders, cancel them, or end the transaction with a refund.
