At btb.promo every scent card is made to high automation and craft standards. For a flawless result, please look over the front and back one last time before pressing approve, and keep the following production realities in mind:
- Draft accuracy and automated flowYour approval sends the design straight into digital production. Spelling, logo placement and artwork are settled on this screen; once the run has started the design can no longer be changed.
- Screen colour versus press colourThe vivid colours you see on a phone or monitor (RGB light) shift naturally in tone when adapted to ink on paper (CMYK). This is a universal rule of print, not a fault in your file.
- Cutting tolerancesProduction knife-cutting carries a natural tolerance of 10–15%. On framed or circular designs especially, we place the cut line at the safest margin so the result does not look lopsided.
- Scent infusion and colourThe cards are saturated with our scent formulation. That infusion shifts the printed colours by a natural 10–15% — a consequence of how much fragrance the card holds.
